Important Notice Regarding Offers
We appreciate your interest in our properties. Please note that we are currently only entertaining written offers as we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries.
To submit your offer, kindly follow these guidelines:
- Email Submission: Send your offer in writing via email.
- Include Key Information: Ensure that your email includes the property address and the offer amount.
- Review Process: Offers will be reviewed by the selling party of the property, not the bank. Please be advised that this is not a Real Estate Owned (REO) property.
- Contracting: We are contracted by the seller and do not provide advice regarding offers.
- Access to Property: Access to the property will only be granted if your offer is accepted. Upon acceptance, buyers will be given a due diligence period to expedite a contract for submission to the bank.
- Documentation: We will require proof of funds and other documents needed by the bank to expedite the short sale process.
- Property Status: Due to investor/servicer guidelines, the status of properties under short sale review cannot change from “available” to “under contract” until a contract has been signed. As such, this property must remain open to public view.
